Damaged or Incorrect Items
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with order number and photos. We will arrange replacement or refund at our discretion.
Lost Packages
Claims must be submitted within 14 days of estimated delivery. Approved refunds processed within 5–10 business days.
