About the products

What are these peptides for?

All compounds sold on PeptiUSA are intended exclusively for laboratory research use. They are not for human consumption, diagnostic, or therapeutic use. See our Research Disclaimer.

Are your products third-party tested?

Yes. Every batch is independently tested by Janoshik Analytical (Czech Republic) and Aethos Bioanalytics (US). Both COAs are published on each product page. See Lab Transparency.

What purity do you guarantee?

Minimum 99% HPLC purity on every lot we publish. Lots that fall below 99% are rejected and destroyed, not relabeled. We publish rejection rates quarterly.

Do you make therapeutic claims?

No. You won’t find “anti-aging miracle” or “fat-loss breakthrough” language on this site. Just sequences, molecular weight, purity, and references.

Orders & eligibility

Who can order?

You must be at least 21 years of age and a licensed researcher. By placing an order you confirm both conditions and accept our Terms and Conditions.

Can you refuse an order?

Yes. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.

What payment methods do you accept?

Shipping

Where do you ship?

US domestic only. No international shipping at this time. See Shipping Policy.

How fast is delivery?

US median is 1.4 days from order to delivery. We ship from a domestic warehouse with cold-chain capability where required.

How are peptides shipped?

Lyophilized vials in temperature-controlled packaging. Reconstitution materials (bacteriostatic water, syringes, prep pads) can be added to your cart separately.

Returns & refunds

Can I return a product?

Due to the nature of research chemicals, all sales are final. Exceptions apply for damaged or incorrect items — see Refund Policy.

What if my package arrives damaged?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

What if my package is lost?

Claims must be submitted within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.

COAs & lab documentation

How do I find the COA for my order?

Each product page lists the current lot number with the two COAs attached as PDFs. The lot you receive is also printed on the vial.

Can I request additional documentation?

Yes. Email [email protected] with the lot number for synthesis location, manufacture date, stability data, and reference materials.
